Ursina Boulgaris is the Secretary General of the Zdenek and Michaela Bakala Foundation based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Previously, she developed her capacities in the civil society for Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest NGO. As a high-level manager, Ursina was mainly focused on management, administration, development and restructuring of programs and events organization. This experience culminated as she became the leader for Lions Clubs in Switzerland.

Before that Ursina worked at the World Economic Forum as Senior Community Manager for Finance and developed high-level relationships with key CEOs before and during the annual Davos Meetings.

She started her career as a private banking client relationship manager at UBS in Geneva.

Ursina holds a BA and MA in international relations from the University of Geneva (IUHEI) and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
